The Multicultural Women's Council of Tasmania
The Multicultural Women's Council of Tasmania works with CALD women across Tasmania, and is involved in arranging activities and events in Tasmania.
Current projects include the promotion of Cancer Research and the promotion of the REGISTER4 Australia's first online community where you can sign up to participate in breast cancer research.
To mark the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day The Multicultural Women's Council of Tasmania held a grand international women's day celebration in Hobart which had a variety of cultural programs and CALD women from 22 different cultural backgrounds participated in their unique event. They also held a ZUMBA party which was attended by 105 women.
