NIRWA welcomes applications from organisations and individuals interested in our work and wishing to become members.
What type of membership do I need?
Membership of NIRWA falls into three categories:
1) Ordinary Membership
Any immigrant or refugee women's organisation in Australia whose primary objective is either of an ethnic or multicultural focus.
The cost is $110 annually*
2) Individual Membership
Immigrant and refugee women living in Australia who do not belong to any women's organisation but who show an interest in ethnic and or multicultural issues.
The costs are $55 annually* for individuals, $25 annually* for students and $25 annually* for concession card holders
3) Affiliate Membership
Ethnic, multicultural organisations whose aims and objectives are consistent with those of NIRWA but are not solely immigrant and refugee women's.
The cost is $110 annually*
*amounts given are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST
How do I become a member?
To join NIRWA you need to download the application form complete it and return it to us with a cheque or money order for the correct amount (membership fees vary according to membership type - see above for details).
If your organisation wishes to join please also complete the application form for organisations and return it with the application form and payment to NIRWA.
